Label first
We start with what is printed on the BurnTide label, including amounts, and compare those amounts with what research actually uses. If a dose is too small to matter, we say so.
Sources we trust
We check ingredients against independent sources such as the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements, the Cleveland Clinic, the American Dental Association, peer-reviewed reviews and the FDA.
How we write about health
We describe what ingredients are included to support, use careful words like "may" and "modest", and never claim a supplement treats or cures a disease. We always point readers with medical conditions or medications to their doctor.
Affiliate independence
We earn commissions from some links, but that never changes our safety notes or the facts we print. Every page discloses this.
Corrections
If you find an error, email support@burn-tides.com and we will fix it promptly.
